Kirsten Krämer advises German and international enterprises on questions of employment law, litigation and commercial law. Among her clients, there are banks, industrial enterprises and funds as well as managing directors and senior executives.
Kirsten Krämer studied law at the universities of Potsdam and Greifswald. She was admitted as a lawyer in 2008, and worked as a lawyer at HAARMANN Partnerschaftsgesellschaft from 2008 to 2012. Before that, she worked in the human resources and legal department of University Hospital Greifswald. Since 2012, she has been a partner in Atticus Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
In addition to giving general advice to University Hospital Greifswald on questions of individual and collective employment law, Kirsten Krämer has inter alia advised on questions of employment law in connection with the acquisition of Euro Leergut group by Quadriga Capital and the IPO of Oasmia Pharmaceuticals AB.
